Traveler for Outlook authentication

I have setup directory assistance to authenticate web clients with our Active Directory DC (and also implemented Notes Shared Login for desktop clients). Is there any way to authenticate Traveler for Outlook with our Active Directory? Right now it only works with the Internet Password configured in the Domino Directory.
