I have domino 901 with traveller 9015 with blackberry BES10.2.4 with latest iPhone ios 8.3 and app BESclient12 with secure workspace
I’m seeing the following error in the domino logs

the only solution I’ve found is to remove and reinstall the app on the iphone which is quite a pain
I have one very senior management user who seems able to make this problem recur every few days, 1 other users that it’s happened to only once in several months, and 1 user who’s never had it
but can anyone interpret the error messages and suggest what’s going on or how to fix or how to prevent it from happening in the first place?
