Traveler auto sync works and then stops working

I have a problem that may be similar to the one reported here:http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/nd85forum.nsf/5f27803bba85d8e285256bf10054620d/80f9178f734e058385257541003794c6?OpenDocument

I am using a Nokia E65.

It synchronizes automatically just fine over WiFi or 3G.

After around 6 hours working fine it stops doing the automatic synchronization.

A reboot of the device makes it start working again - for around 6 hours.

Subject: LNT: Request open a problem report

I asked around and the consensus is that we would like to look at this in more detail. Please set the logging on the device to high and create a Traveler Problem Report (TPR) indicating the date and time that auto sync stopped working. The TPR will be sent to the Domino Server for storage. Please ask the Domino Administrator, or if you have access, to submit the TPR to IBM support for review by the Lotus Traveler Development team.

This Info Center topic describes how to adjust the logging and create the TPR:

Here is the best way to submit the TPR for review:

Subject: I am a IBM Business Partner - I am not able to create SPR

I really would like to create a SPR, but as I am experiencing the issue “at home”, not at a customer site, I can not create a SPR.Business Partners do not As far as I know have a way of creating SPRs for issues with IBM products if they are not related to a customer. I just did log on to Hybrid cloud software for a smarter business | IBM, and I can only create SPRs for my customers, nor for myself.

Subject: Restart - or maybe just turn auto sync off and then on

I have blogged on the issue with the Traveler client stopping the automatic synchronisation: Traveler Client on Nokia - needs restart. I just found that it might not be necessary to do a complete restart of the Nokia E65.

If I go to the traveler client->Options->Auto Sync->Off and then do Options->Auto sync->On it looks like that also makes the device start synchronizing again.

My firmware is this version: 3.0633.69.00 06-02-08 RM-208 Nokia E65
