Traveler 8.0.1.2 crashes on startup

Just upgraded a client to Domino 8.0.2 (on Windows 2003). For the first few days, all was working. However, Traveler 8.0.1.2 now crashes each time it is loaded. Have removed & reloaded traveler, even removed & reloaded Domino, all to no effect. When traveler crashes, it also seems to hang the http task as well.

Error message on console is :

Subject: Open a PMR for Traveler crash on startup

You will need to open a PMR so that the log files can be examined to determine why this is happening. You say it is failing after it ran for a while, so it could be crashing on a particular users data or it could be something more general than that.

Subject: Will do

I’ll open a PMR this evening for it (Aus time). It’s not user data, as it isn’t getting that far (had that issue previously with a user when we imported data from his old Exchange/Outlook - symptoms are totally different.

This happens at the ‘load traveler’ stage when it’s initialising.
