Dear all, I have configured the Lotus Traveler on Domino server as per the technical document of IBM but when i tried to connect from my htc mobile I got the below problem:Lotus Traveler could not communicate with the Lotus Traveler.

In my firewall I already open the port 80 & 443. And Even i can access webmail from my htc phone. Anyone can help me on the same.

Subject: Traveler also uses port 8642

Hello - Traveler also requires port 8642 to be open on the firewall. This port is used for communication between the client and Server while the actual data is transmitted over 80 or 443. 8642 can be configured on the server and client to be some other port if needed.
