Is there another way to delete transaction logs other than restarting domino server?
It’s set to archive.

If you are using a backup program thats compliant with the Domino Backup API you can set the program to delete any logs that have been backed up to tape.

Just a fair warning: Don’t select ArcServ (Brightstor) as your backup vendor if you plan to use transcation logs. Some brilliant (and I use that term “extremely” loosely) did not add that feature to their product and you have to do the deletions MANUALLY!!!
