We have a subset of our users that we have defaulting to Lite mode when they log into inotes. They are allowed to switch to full mode if they would like. Originally, they had all the areas available and now, without any policy/configuration changes, they are missing the To Do list, notebook and home page. Any ideas what might be amiss?

May be there is something going wrong on upgrade process. Are these new user accounts or some accounts or earlier Domino releases (R5, R6…)?
Just have a look at one user to the view “(HaikuTOC)” (with designer or STRG+SHIFT+Go To). Is there a Document for “To do List” (for each tab there should be a document)?
