What you need:

  1. Active Sync (Download the latest version 4.5 from Microsoft site)

  2. Outlook 2002 or 2003.

  3. Notes connector for Outlook 2002 or 2003

  4. and ofcourse a windows based PDA

Download (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=8EBBBA59-5F17-4E52-8980-C4F0DFA92D65&displaylang=en) the notes connector for Outlook which is available for free on Microsoft website and install it and set up to sync with domino and that’s it basically. Then synch your PDA with Outlook.
