Saving a document (just editing a RTItem field) adds some garbage in the content.
Hello Mr. Ibic, very sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with HCL Nomad for iOS devices. We have tested internally using the same version of HCL Nomad that you are reporting and have not been able to reproduce any issues with saving documents and/or editing Rich Text fields or RichTextItem LotusScript. We would like to assist you with this issue with hopes of resolving the problem but will need additional information to be able to troubleshoot further. We request that you open a support case and provide the following information:
1) Do you see the issue editing/saving Rich Text content in any database or only specific database(s)?
2) Can you provide a sample database that exhibits this issue and/or the ntf for the database? This will be important to our investigation since we have not been able to reproduce using mail template, discussions, teamrooms etc.
3) You mention iPad in this forum post, is this problem only happening on iPad, I.E. do you see the same problem on iPhone or other iPad devices? Its understandable if you have only tested the one iPad device, just asking here as it could help understand the problem.
4) Can you enable Verbose logging on the device under the device Settings --> Apps --> HCL Nomad, and then reproduce the problem? Once reproduced with Verbose logging enabled, please generate a Problem Report via Nomad Menu --> Help --> Generate Problem Report. You can then either upload that problem report to the support case or mail it to heyhcl@hcl.com via Nomad Menu --> Help --> Report a defect.
5) What language are you working with HCL Nomad? Generally the language will not matter, but just trying to be sure we are testing exactly as you are in your environment.
6) Finally, when you configure HCL Nomad for iOS are you configuring using the Domino server name and address or are you connecting through a Proxy server and entering the Nomad Server address or Safelinx Server address?
