There are 4 mails showing in the inbox (4), but there is acctually one mail. Where can I find the other emails?

This might be issue in view updation… Just tell your domino admin to run fixup,compact,updall commmand on ur mail file.OR

If you are using local copy of ur mail file, then from command prompt, move to lotus/notes. then run the below commands

nfixup -R full path of ur mail file name

ncompact -B full path of ur mail file name

nupdall -R full path of ur mail file name
