Subject: The remote server is not a known TCP/IP host???

Are these servers in the same Notes Name Network? I would suspect no because of the error, but wanted to check.

I would suggest a connection document in your mail domino directory (name.nsf)

Other suggestions: Check the user’s person document and makesure the home server is not an unknown server. Check adminp – it usually has records for roaming users (I think).

Check the port section of the server document. Common mistake is the entry in there is not resolvable by the server itself.

A simple PING check on the server of the exact contents of the Net Address field should confirm this.
