The Public Keys Specified in the Change Request Database

I have created a new 8.5.1 test server and all is well apart from this error on start:“The Public Keys Specified in the Change Request Database”

I have located the following support document:

However I am unsure of the instruction “From the administrative client of the server…assuming the client is using the same ID”.

How is this achieved?

Subject: Got it.

Via a cmd prompt on the server I entered:

“C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Domino\nlnotes.exe” admin only

and voila!
