Hi Rafa,

It sounds like Shared Mail has been enabled on your server. To check, at the server console type sh ser and press enter. There will be an entry for Shared Mail. If this says “Enabled” then this is likely the problem. To stop it, try restarting your server because if you don’t have shared mail enabled in the server document, it will not start the next time you restart the server. Did you do a update to the router config by using the “tell router update config” command at the server console? If so, using Domino 5, Shared Mail is enabled when you run this command. Check the Admin Help for more info on this.
