Has anybody else been unable to comprehend the new Passport site? I get a menu of available downloads which seems to bare no relationship to my requirements, and then none of the download links work anyway.
Hardly an improvement - at least the old site worked!
Subject: *They moved the downloads out of the Account area. The download All is not showing all software according to entitlement. I like the new look but it’s not working.

Recipe for frustration
Step 1. No longer automagically ship the CD media to customers, make them beg for it.
Step 2. Break Passport Advantage site.
Step 3. Stand back and laugh as you increase the release cycle while making it more difficult to obtain the new releases.
