Hi there,
Is there a way to differentiate one text value from the others. I have a field called Status in a form. I would like to have the text Red if the Status is in “REVIEW PENDING”. And the other Statuses to be “BLUE”. So far, I have this as my code and its not working.
FIELD Status := Status;
red := 255:0:0;
blue := 0:0:255;
plain:= 0:0:0;
@If (Status = “REVIEW PENDING”;plain:red ;Status = “DP PENDING”;plain:blue;= “RECEIVED”;plain:blue;Status = “IN PROGRESS”;plain:blue;Status = “DECLINED”;plain:blue;Status = “COMPLETED”;plain:blue;Status = “(Not Categorized)”;plain:blue;0:0:0)

Hello,
In the column properties do you have “Use Value as Color” checked? Your code should work just fine but will only work on columns to the left of the column with that code.
HTH,

Yes, it is checked. However the Columns are not showing the statuses anymore. It shows 0, 255 etc.

Correct. The column will show the values used to color that row. You will need to add another column to the right of the color column with status in it. Additionally, you probably want to hide the color column.

Sorry, one thing I forgot to mention is that the column where I would like to have the text changed is a categorized column. I was reading other posts and most of them say that it is not doable unless you have the column as categorized flat.
