With the relocation of the directory where the JAR files are installed on v14.5 I noticed that the XPages Log File Reader was not capable of reading the content of the ndext folder. I posted code on the project page as a feature suggestion, but if you want to have Log File Reader on multiple versions of Domino adjust de ExtBean.java a little bit as follows:
