Hi All,I have removed a terminated user via the Admin P. The person document is gone (from all servers, including local) and they are in the deny access group. However, if I try to address this person in an email first name then last name (last name then first name returns nothing) the user is found. If I send the email it goes to the person that I had forwarding set up for prior to the AdminP removal. I know that it sounds like there is a person document somewhere but I looked by firstname, by lastname and did a FTSearch and this person is not in the addressbook anywhere. Has anyone seen this before? I feels like there is a ghost in the addressbook.
Thanks

Hi Charlie,
I’ve had this before. Do an updall -R on your names.nsf (load updall -R names.nsf)

I tried that but I am still having the same problem. Do I need to do anything else after the updall?Charlie

first enable Full Access Administration, then open your ($Users) view and search for the user name. There may be a rogue doc with a $Readers field that you don’t have access to and this should make it appear if there is one. Also, build yourself a view in the DD to display rep/save conflicts “SELECT @IsAvailable($Conflict)”, there may be a rep/save conflict for the user. Be sure to deselect “Show response docs in hierarchy” in the view properties or the view will display nothing.

Brilliant!!! Thank you so much, there was a mail-in database doing the forwarding.Charlie
