My Designer Help database has 297 documents. I search on @Picklist and find nothing. My Domino server has the designer help database with only 297 documents. I have to use the 8.5 Designer help database (over 9000 documents) to see what I'm looking for. Version 9 on my PC and the server is also missing the docs.
It would be nice if the 3 help databases for version 10 were available for download on Flexnet.
Hi Quin,
don't use the help databases, they're out of date as you saw. They must be removed from Notes and Domino, IMO!
You have a new help format you can display with [F1] from Notes or Designer.
Olivier.
Evidently HCL support is working an issue with Google indexing, hopefully they will get that resolved soon.
I have been able to find HCL technotes using alternate search engines like DuckDuckGo.
for example a DuckDuckGo search of 'HCL Traveler iOS 13' will find the HCL technote
Also looks like the HCL Help Center content is not getting indexed. I will check with development.
Hello , I asked HCL Support the same and they gave me this Link
to the HCL Sofware Product Documentation Site
https://support.hcl-software.com/
Select the product and then you get the information.
Be aware to use only Chrome or Firefox or the Navigation pane
does not show up.
I hope I could help

I've noticed (as recently as an hour ago) that some links in HCL's ND 9.0.1 and 10.0.x documentation still points to IBM targets. Today's example: I was trying to find info on document locking. I searched for that term (in quotes, so as to reduce the number of hits). The page that I got (re Replication and Save conflicts) had a reference called "Document Locking" at the very bottom that pointed to a defunct IBM page. When I tried the same page in the ND 11 documentation, the "Document Locking" reference had been removed entirely. So, in the end I got nowhere. Luckily, I found what I needed (how to manually unlock an auto-locked document) with (what else?) a Google search.
