I found some time ago a tech note referencing a post about a potential bug that was associated with revising a document several times where the ‘Entry Not Found in Index’ is generated. Can someone please point me in the right direction, I’m trying to get this documented or at least gather as much information as possible about it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The reason for such message might be because of a view which is referenced in DBlookup or DbColumn formulae, if not having a first sorted column or is not properly indexed. Hence make sure the view is indexed and have a first sorted column.
