Our customer uses a teammail to send an mail to other users, the the Sender field is empty when te reciever uses an ms outlook client. I’ve looked into in and all fields are filled properly and in the Lotus Notes client everything works fine. But as of 1st Jan most of our (interal) customers use MS Outlook instead of Lotus Notes. Every one using this mail file has the same problem.
Another problem which occurs more commonly is that the sender is mentioned in the reply to field. Most of our customers don’t mind, but if anyone has a way of solving this, please don’t hesitate.
