We are looking into sync’ing Notes and Internet passwords. I found instructions on doing at registration. What about existing users? Is there a way to make them start syncing without reregistering them?

HansI created the security policy following the instructions on the admin help. but unlike other policy it didnt ask me to specify “who to apply the policy to either person or group”
how do i get it to show me that the policy is now in place?

Subject: you need to assign the policy setting to a group/person or organization
The policy setting is not in effect until you have assigned the setting.
You basically have 2 levels for assigning a policy
An organization (called an organizational policy), e.g. /Sales/Acme
A group/person (called an explicit policy)
Search the admin help for “policy and group” and “assign and policy”. The help document “Assigning a policy to a group” should explain it.
