I have some Lotus Notes LotusScript agents that access a Sybase database using the Sybase ASE drivers.It accesses the database using LotusScript Extenstions (lsx)
and worked okay some of the code from the agent is as below:-
Dim gDBSession as New LCSession
Dim gDBConnection as New LCConnection(“sybase”)
…
The code worked okay but since I have installed Sybase IQ drivers on my local client and development server it has stopped working.
I get the following error
Error creating product object encountered on line xx
xx being the line
Dim gDBConnection as New LCConnection(“sybase”)
Are there any issues running the Sybase ASE and IQ drivers on the same box? I have tried uinstalling the Sybase IQ drivers but still no joy.
Any Ideas ??
