I have a table that uses TABs to select rows, but some users want to see the whole (large) document at once. Can I programmatically switch a table from displaying One Row at a time to Display all rows, so users can select their way ?
(Notes Client)
something like
Set tableObject = ???
Call tableObject.DisplayMethod( “AllRows” )
(Maybe for Xmas 2009 ?)
More generic, is there any existing method to alter Control’s properties while running, such the color of a button?

Why not give them the best of both. Create 2 subforms, one with the tabbed table and the other with the whole thing. They can choose which one that want to see using a toggle to switch between them.

RonI created subforms with each tab content and then two main subforms, one contained the tabed form with their subforms and a second one without the tabed form just listing every subform one after another. Then, I provided a checkbox to select TABed/Not TABed and based on that I displayed the right subform using computed subforms. It worked, but it became reallllllllly slooooow (is a comlex form) so I can not use subforms.
Your idea seams perfect but I just can’t figure out how to siwch forms (not considering form formula in view)
