I just installed LN client 6.5.3 on an XP workstation and a second user is trying to do a switch id. The second user gets “you are not authorized to perform that operation”. It was working on 6.5.1. The error comes up right after typing the password. I take the second user’s id and do a switch id on my system and it works fine. I already recopied in the id file on the problem system. Any other suggestions? thanks

Does the second user have a user account set up on the XP workstation? I had a similar problem and solved it by creating an account for the second user with admin privileges. Sounds weird, but it worked for me.

Is a welcome page being used with the mail displayed on it?
Something is trying to be accessed after you switch the ID
