SUT Support on Notes

Is there any way to get support/help for SUT in Notes 9? I posted to the sametime forum yesterday but have not gotten a response. Not sure if that is the correct place to address SUT issues. I have been using SUT on Notes 9 since last fall with few problems. All of a sudden I can no longer connect on conf calls using SUT, but can call cells and land lines just fine. Any ideas? Not being able to connect to conf calls make it almost useless for work. Thanks!

SUT Not Working on Conf Calls The last couple of days I been unable to use SUT to call a IBM Conf number. SUT works fine if I call a non conf number. When I call a conf number, I get the greeting and hear the pass code being sent, but that is it…never get joined to the conf call. Any ideas? I have tried restarting Notes and rebooting to no avail. It sounds like the problem is an internal IBM routing/rule issue with SUT configuration. You should call your internal IBM Support desk. IBM rarely monitors these forums, and very unlikely you’ll get internal IBM support on it.
