I am working on creating a SURunas install file for my users. I followed some guidelines that I found on the internet. I am using a Transform file with the install.
I created a Bat file to test out the install and the upgrade went fine without any errors. This is what the command in the Bat file says:
msiexec /i “Lotus Notes 8.5.1.msi” TRANSFORMS=“CDrive851.mst” /qn /qb+
I then tried to package up the files using the SuRunas Wizard. It appears that everything packaged successfully. When trying to use the created SuRunas file, according to the progress bar, it removes the old Notes version. When the progress bar changes to “Gathering Required Information”, the following error message pops up and the install fails
Has anyone come across this or know what might be the issue and how to fix it?
