Is or when will the Notes Client 9.0.1 FPX be supported on MacOS Catalina?

Since Catalina has been released after the last FP for 9.0.1, I doubt that HCL will certify the 9.0.1 codestream to be officially supported on Catalina. You may be able to get it working, but if you run into a problem you would have to be on 10.0.1 FP3 or higher to reproduce the issue and receive support.

Thanks for the update.

As of now there are no plans for supporting Notes client 9.0.1 for Catalina OS. The minimum requirement is 10.0.1 FP3 onwards the Notes client support starts.

thanks for the update. I'm curious ... why are there no plans to Support the Notes Client 9.0.1 for Catalina OS. I think the Notes Client 9.0.1 ist still a supported Version by HCL.

And correct, you can get the Notes Client 9.0.1 working in Catalina OS, but you definitely run into Problems.

It's because Catalina came out after the last fixpack. HCL isn't going to put in the time to make sure that it works well enough to offer support for it, and I don't blame them. There's already a supported version in the 10.0 range and 11 is on the way as well. If you're looking for support on the Mac, you should upgrade to at least v10 as mentioned above. As HCL has no plans to release any more fixpacks for 9.0.1, it would preclude them from investing the necessary resources to make 9.0.1 work properly on Catalina.
