I get an error "403 App Not Assigned. Sorry, you can't access HCL Domino Ideas portal because you are not assigned this app in Okta. If you're wondering why this is happening, please contact your administrator."
However, there is no mechanism for contacting anyone to get help on this. I know my credentials still work. Those same credentials log me in here. Yes, I created a support ticket, but no one has responded there yet and there is no category in the support case for problems with the websites. Ideas?
Once I get access, I'll post the idea to add HOW to get support for the ideas website and maybe another one on adding that as an option in the support portal, though not all who use the ideas website may have access to the support portal.
I meant to include that I have already tried clearing the associated cookies, used a private browser window, and used a different browser altogether (Firefox and Edge). I don't have other credentials to try and that wouldn't resolve my problem. It was working within the past week. I am able to log into other related sites, including this one, without issue. It does accept the username/password. It just responds with this error when I log in.
I have got the same problem. They have changed the authorisation of the Ideas site and now it has a problem .... I assume if the registration name/PW for the ideas website could not be found in the Okta user database, because some are different, they could not add the access right to the Okta userlist ... Boomm 403 or they did, but on the site of the ideas website it does not fit.
I did get a response to the ticket I opened. They restored the authentication method and access is working again. It would still be nice if they had a means to report issues and to broadcast outages.
