Substituting a $$ReturnGeneralError form for the 401 error page

Can someone please tell me how to do this…it can’t be that difficult…been searching the sandbox (fairly new to Lotus), but no luck…I just want a custom “form” to open instead of the dreaded “401 Error” page to appear. This is all being done on on database (*.nsf)
