I have been encountering a Login problem to my notes client while logging with normal userID. During logging notes has been prompting :
“Cannot Authenticate Server: Subject’s public key stored in ID file is not the one stored in our ID file for that entity”
On Clicking “OK” its prompting:
“Cannot access Server. Do you want to continue Anyway”
BUT while logging with Administrator account none of the above mentioned problems arise and I can login correctly.
Looking forward for a solution
Thanks.

Subject: Subject’s public key stored in ID file is not the one stored in our ID file for that entity: Error
The ID file for the “normal userID” you are using has become corrupt.
If you have a backup copy, or a copy stored in the address book, replaced your local copy of that ID file.
Otherwise, you can copy the public key form the ID file to the address book to force a match:
-
Use the Admin client, Configuration tab, Tools>Certification>ID Properties.
-
Choose the ID file in question and enter the password.
-
Under “Your Identity”, choose “Your certificates”.
-
Click the “Other Actions” button and choose “Mail/Copy Certificate”.
-
Click “Copy Certificate”, then close twice.
-
Open the person doc in the Domino Directory in edit mode.
-
Click on the Certificates tab, and paste this into the “Notes certified public key:” field. Save & Close.
I’m not sure if this will be effective right away, or if indexing in the directory has to occur. You might need to wait a bit for it to work.
