StreamNotes: NSFDbGetNotes()->ERROR: 13CA=Attachment found in in more then one document

I get the error message:StreamNotes: NSFDbGetNotes()->ERROR: 13CA=Attachment found in in more then one document.

StreamNotes: Requested 2, got 1

Anyone out there who knows what this means ?

Not a very popular error message given the amount of responses.Since this is a message that appeared in the server console i would assume it’s a native notes/domino message.

Any IBM/Iris developer (or anyone else…feel free) who has any clue what causes this messages to appear ?

btw. it’s not stored in the serverlogs.
