I have a mail file that is encrypting ALL new INCOMING e-mail. The database encryption settings are set to “Do not locally encrypt this database.” Any ideas to help resolve this are very much appreciated. Thank you.

did you check the person doc? there is a field in the Mail section when set to “Yes” will encrypt all incoming mail when saved to the mail file.
