Strange behaviour of 7.0.2 Domino

Suddenly, my Domino server is doing several strange things.

  1. When I access my email via internet, it does not challenge for my password - I get straight in. However, if I do try to update something (like delete a document) it does challenge me, but then when I enter name/password, it takes me back to the default URL page, not to my email inbox (although the left-hand section keeps the email menu)

  2. Mail rules are not working.

Any ideas, besides re-installing?

Re 1: Check whether Read Public Documents is enabled in the ACL for default or anonymous users. (It should not be.)

  1. Check the ACL on mail file for web users. Try another app on the server and see if it behaves similarly regd. the redirecting to another page.2. No idea :frowning:

For mail rules try disabling/re-enabling the mail rules.

For access via Internet try deleting the cookies and clearing the History of the browser and then try.
