Stored Forms & Copying Documents

Hi,

I have been given a database to look at that contains a number of documents all with stored forms and subforms in. These documents were originally stored in another database and were copied by someone (I’m not sure how, probably by some form of agent due to the number) into this new database.

Now when you open one of these documents, I get the error on the status bar stating that the subforms have not been loaded. If you open this database in an environment where the original database can be accessed then it works fine.

I had a bit of a dig around and I found that the $SourceDbPath_StoredForm & $SourceDbPath_StoredSubformX fields contain the server name and database of the original database, so I tried changing these to the new one and no joy.

I also noticed there are some $SourceURL_StoredForm and $SourceURL_StoredSubformX fields which contain a list of Notes URLs, for example;

"Notes:///80256769003C1CC2//732BD8AB0B0D0B418025695300521DF5"

	"Notes:///80256769003C1CC2:80257049004A230E//1F9A7A"

	"Notes:///80256769003C1CC2:802573AF0060DF4A//696"

These are harder to decypher and I’m unsure as to what these are supposed to be pointing to.

I was wondering if anyone could offer advice on a solution to this issue.

Many thanks in advance,

Neil.
