Statistic Total/Count on a Database

I have a public Database where every user can post “helpdesk ticket”.Linked to the user I can show the relative “Department” (taken from the public names.nsf)

How can I do to create a statistic view based on “department”?

I’d like to have only 1 row for each department and 2 columns with “open ticket” (total) and “closed ticket” (total).

Something like…

|Department|Open |Closed|

|Dept1 | 5 | 10 |

|Dept2 | 3 | 15 |

|Dept3 | 0 | 8 |

|Dept4 | 10 | 32 |

|TOTAL | 18 | 65 |

Hoping to be clear.

Thank you

Alessandro,

Column1: categorized

Formula: Department

Column2: total, hide detail

Formula: @If(Status = “Open”; 1; 0)

Column3: total, hide detail

Formula: @If(Status = “Open”; 0; 1)
