When creating a new meeting, in the When block, under Starts and Ends time, there should be a checkbox Specify a different time zone, however my Notes version 9.0.1367 doesn’t have.
Question is Where to change the setting to enable this function?

What version of Notes are you running? (it might be late, but 9.0.1367 isn’t hitting home with me.) If you click ‘Help → About Notes’ - what is the release & revision?
What mail template are you using? Specifically, are you using a custom template or the standard IBM template? While you’re in your Calendar or mail click ‘File → Application → Properties’. When the properties dialog appears, click the center tab with the triangle & t-square. Middle of the page - what is the template name & date ?
