If you are using the standard notes mail database you can in the windows tab see both the database name and the view name of the selected view. I had problems how to accomplish this in a database of my own design, so now I share what I’ve found.
Create one or more framsets (the mail template uses multiple framesets withing framesets). Dont name these framesets (I really dont know if this is absolutely required). Name the frame containing the view whose name you want to display in the window tab of the outermost frameset as “NotesView”. And voila!
