Special characters in Verse search

Hi

According to the document, we can find keywords using double quotes https://help.hcl-software.com/verse_onprem/3.2/user/faq_search.html

But on testing, found that it doesn't work with special characters ,/^(){}[]|”. We see an error:

How can we fix this?
