After installing Lotus Traveler on a Windows Mobile PDA, a number of our users report that ring tones and other sounds and notifications stop working. Sometimes a soft reset corrects the problem. We can remove Traveler and the problem goes away, however this makes the device non-functional for email, etc…
Any ideas why this occurs?
