I’ve just upgraded a client to 8.5 german. Some users report that the column sorting of their inbox (newest at top) gets lost when the reopen their mailfile and also Group-mailin-dbs. This occures on XP as well as on CITRIX installations.
The workspace is set as homepage, I’ve tried to remove the icons from the workspace, removed the bookmarks.nsf, deleted the cache, closed the sidebar in various combinations → it doesn’t work.
When I open an affected mailfile on another machine with the administration ID the sorting will be kept.
I persume the error must be searched in the data-directory, but I did not find out where.
Any ideas?
