Hello :-)I need a way to make the admin-client show me the mailfile-sizes sorted by /ou.
But without making a new view, just with the tools Notes offers.
I cant be the only one wanting to know how much disk the ou’s use, so maybe you have a solution (no need to reinvent the wheel)

I don’t know all that much about administration and maybe there’s something built-in that I don’t know about. But if nobody suggests anything else…
Views are one of the tools Notes offers. What’s the problem that you can’t create a desktop-private view, if nothing else, to display the information?
Otherwise, you could do it the hard way and program yourself a report using LotusScript and a rich text field.
