Subject: Sometimes I receive somes spams , but I am not the destinataire, perhaps my adress is in field bcc ? How can I see that ?
We see this all the time. Spammers will consolidate lists that they get and send one message to many e-mail address at a single domain. The Spammers will send the message to the first recipient and bcc the rest. We see users that have left companies 5 years ago that still get spam along with other users that still work there.
All the “Recipients” routing information is erased once you receive that email. There may be some native methods in Domino to track this or you can use a third party anti-spam package.

smtp message envelope recipients [RCPT TO] are not always identical to the message data recipients [SendTo, CopyTo and BlindCopyTo] as normally only local recipients are allowed and you can also include someone in the envelope and not reference them in the data (which is what’s happening to you).
it’s only a visual thing and doesn’t really affect anything but you can configure domino to move any local usernames that not already directly addressed, into the bcc field via the server configuration document;
MIME > Advanced > Advanced Inbound Options
If each recipient’s address does not appear in any address header, then add their address to the BCC list:
set to Yes
it does tend to allay a users fears that they are receiving mail when it appears that they are not supposed to be (ie they are not addressed)
