For what it is worth, the thousands of documents seem to have been modified last by CN=jacare/O=UB2.
Subject: Somebody named “CN=jacare/O=UB2” is creating lots and lots and lots of duplicate documents.

They are not modified, but copies. They might have performed a copy/paste on their local replica.
