I have the same symptoms as you on one server running 64-bit Domino on 64-bit Win 2003SP2. This broke when I migrated to a fresh box. Another server running 64-bit Domino on 64-bit Win 2003SP2 is fine.I don’t see it as an access problem because I’m sitting at the Windows box typing in the server console.
Both boxes use Internet Site docs. Both use Domlog.nsf. The working box has Session auth disabled. The broken box uses Multi-server SSO.
If you have Web Logging enabled (ServerDoc->Internet Protocols->HTTP->Enable Logging To)? If so, check either the ‘domlog.nsf’ or the Web Log files & see if any sessions are being recorded.
After executing the “TELL HTTP” commands that don’t seem to produce output, check the log.nsf and/or console.log/dcntrlr.log file to see if any output shows up there. Regardless, I strongly recommend you engage IBM Lotus Software Support on this one.
Tracked as SPR KGIS7RDSDS. Only occurs for internet site style configuration. If a particular internet web site is marked as the default site, it will respond with only that site’s information.
You can request a hotfix for 8.5, just open a PMR.
Subject: Internet Site Documents Seem To Be The Culprit
This morning, I switched two servers over to using Internet Site Documents. Both had been upgraded to 8.5 over two weeks ago and did NOT display the HTTP command problem. UNTIL I switched them over to use the Internet Sites. We did not have this problem with version 7.0.2 (we went right to 8.5, so I don’t know if the problem started in 8.0).
So, that seems to be the problem. I’m going to call IBM and see what they have to say.
