Can anyone point me to a possible resolution on this. IBM believes it’s a network error, but doesn’t give any specifics. The I.P.'s listed are our mailrelay spam server. All external email goes through it before being delivered to the outside world. External mail will start backing up and external mail will stop routing.

IBM says that the mail relay host field in the configuration doc should be listed as such:
XXX.XX.XX.X1; XXX.XX.XX.X2
