Need help, please!
On a regular basis, we have users who are able to successfully receive mail from the internet - messages that are automated like newsletters, subscriptions, order confirmations from websites.
However, if they were to try to take that same email message and try to forward it to out to an external email account, they get the error - Message rejected for policy reasons.
In some cases, I can strip out some of the graphics or some of the embedded html elements and it will go through. In other cases, I cannot figure out why our SMTP / Domino server is rejecting it.
Why would a message be able to come in, but not be able to go out. Don’t the same mail rules apply? We only have one SMTP server processing mail.
