Smartsuit freeze when Notes r6 is running at the same time .
We have upgraded from Notes r5 to r6 and fund that Smartsuit 97 freezes when they are running together.
It is happening on both windows 98, 2000, XP
we are using Notes v. 6.5.4
Anyone have a slolution for this problem

We had a similar problem after upgrading some clients from 4.x to 5.x. In this case we fixed it by deleting the Notes cache file (it gets recreated at Notes startup if it’s not there). It used to be cache.dsk, I suspect it’s now cache.ndk.

The problem is now solved.
I found that a patch to samartsuit 97 and notes r5. You need to copy and replace the files manualy otherwise it won’t work under notes r6.
