Hi!
A user has two mail accounts, a Notes mail (Jane Smith, jane_smith@acme.com) account and a POP account (smith@acme.com). Both accounts have the same domain name. She wants to send mail from the Notes account to the POP account, but when she enters the address of the POP account (smith@acme.com), Notes resolves the name to her notes account (Jane Smith, jane_smith@acme.com).
Is there something you can do to prevent Notes from attempting to resolve the name?

Doesnt the e-mail (to either address) get deposited into the same mail file?

I was thinking that perhaps I could delimit the adress with brackets or something so Notes wouldn’t touch it and would let the mail flow outside to the internet… I suppose I could try the domain name for the internet… @internet…
