I just hot the URL in the browser and it's working. Can you please confirm your system is MAC or Windows base.

The hotfix URL which you are using is MAC hotfix URL.

Windows : http://download.kony.com/studio/70/hotfixsite.xml

MAC : http://download.kony.com/studio/70/hotfixmacsite.xml

I'm using MAC and have already tried in the browser but no results.

Actually, it's working in the Chrome browser but not in Safari. There are no contents coming when I use this site in Visualizer updates.
