Simple compact question

A user has a database of cca 950MB, where 89,5% of space has been used.

I have run ‘Load compact mail/user.nsf -B’ command to get rid of unused space.

The result was: 15MB space saved, and now the user has 90,5% space used.

I would expect to compact at least to 95% and more …

What could affect such a ‘poor’ compact? Is it possible to compact the db somehow better?

I have similar problem. One variant is to create new replica of this db. In this case there will be only documents data without free spaces, view indexes ad so on…
